While you can always just make a copy of your portfolio by copying it from My
Documents\Portfolio Manager, you can also use the backup portfolio feature.
To use this option, first open your portfolio and then click on File | Create backup. Your portfolio
will then be closed and a save dialog will appear. Enter in a name for your backup and click
save. Your portfolio will be compressed and saved to the location of your choice.
