Load Portfolio

When first loading Portfolio Manager, the load portfolio dialog will be shown.  Here you can choose to create a new portfolio, or select a previous portfolio.  Once you have opened a portfolio this will change slightly and will also include another option to directly open your portfolio.  It will keep the last 4 portfolios that you have opened in this list, with the most currently used portfolio at the beginning of the list.

If you have already opened a portfolio, you can load a different one by clicking on File | Open portfolio, which will bring you back to the above dialog.  If you do not see your portfolio in the quick launch list you can access all portfolios by clicking on the 'Select..' button.  This will give you a list of all portfolios that are in your 'My Documents\Portfolio Manager' folder.

You can also click the '..' button to select a portfolio from a different location.  For example if you want to store your portfolio on a USB flash disk then you can select the portfolio from there.  It will then be included in the quick launch list for next time.

Please note that you cannot choose where a new portfolio is stored.  If you want to run your portfolio from a flash disk then you will need to first create a portfolio as normal and then copy or move this onto your flash disk.  You can then select and use it from there.
